Stop keying carrier commission statements in by hand.

Commission Canary reconciles every carrier statement — download or not — matches it to your policies, splits producer commissions (new and renewal), and flags underpayments the month they happen. Built for independent P&C agencies with 2–15 people.

Statement in. Exceptions out. One flagged underpayment usually covers a year of Canary.

Built for where the spreadsheets live

Non-download carriers

Small mutuals and specialty carriers your AMS can't download? Upload the statement — PDF, CSV, or Excel — and it's parsed and matched automatically.

Agency-bill reconciliation

Direct-bill downloads mostly work. Agency-bill is where the manual work hides. Reconcile both in one place, against your book.

Producer splits & renewals

Renewal commissions silently leak when split tracking lives in Excel. Every producer's splits — new and renewal — computed from the actual statements.

Underpayment flagging

Expected vs. paid, line by line. When a carrier pays short, you know that month — not at year end, or never.

"It would be impossible to track renewal commissions for producer pay." — an agency owner, doing it anyway, in Excel, every month.
Flat fee — founding agencies lock $99/mo
never a percentage of your commissions

One caught carrier underpayment usually pays for the year.

No per-policy metering, no demo gate, no volume tiers. Bookkeepers serving multiple agencies: multi-client pricing available.

Common questions

Does it replace my AMS?

No. Canary works alongside HawkSoft, AMS360, EZLynx, or no AMS at all — it handles the reconciliation your AMS's commission module doesn't.

Does it touch my carrier portals?

No. You upload statements (or forward the email). Canary never logs into carrier systems — read-only on your data, always.

What about carriers with really messy statements?

That's the point. Statement parsing is built for the ugly ones — scanned PDFs, weird spreadsheets, formats that change quarterly. If a statement stumps it, a human on our side fixes the parser, not you.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your statements and your book stay yours — export everything, anytime, and delete on request.
